POLICIES

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

APPOINTMENT LOCATION

I am a mobile therapist, your scheduled appointment will take place at your residence (except for brow consultations), unless otherwise requested. Should you wish to come to my place, I do have a treatment room available.


PARKING

If there is no visitors parking in your building/residence or the designated visitors parking is far from your residence, then your appointment will need to be done at mine, as I have a lot of equipment to carry.
 

PAYMENT

At the moment I only accept cash, however if you would like to do an electronic bank transfer, please let me know and I will send you all the necessary information.


TIME

To ensure your scheduled appointment starts on time, please be available 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow enough time for me to set up. Showing up late will affect the appointment time frame
 

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

For safety and hygiene purposes, I kindly ask that there be no children or animals, in the area where your treatment will take place.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If you cannot make your appointment or would like to reschedule, kindly inform me via email: nakita@features.ae or contact me: +971 52 5860393.

 

Should you cancel or reschedule your initial appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for your next booking, your appointment will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

6D MICROBLADING BOOKING POLOCIES

DEPOSIT

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for your initial procedure and for touch ups on another artists work. Once I have received your booking, I will send you a confirmation email with my banking details, the deposit needs to be paid immediately upon booking, to secure your microblading appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your microblading appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you reschedule your appointment, in the requested time frame, the amount will be deducted from your next appointment, however should you cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Please make sure to read the contraindications prior to booking (listed on my website). If you have any of the listed contraindications and fail to inform me prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are unsure, please contact me in advance and I can advise you accordingly.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS AND PREVIOUS SEMIPERMANENT MAKE-UP

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed or previously had microblading, please email clear photos of your brows: nakita@features.ae. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow procedure, how many sessions you received, and the technique that was used. Alternatively, you can book in for a free brow consultation, I can then examine your brows and advise you accordingly.


TOUCH UP SESSIONS

Microblading is considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. There are many factors that can result in less desired outcomes, as each client heals differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all pre and post instructions (which will be emailed to you). These instructions are designed to limit complications, during and after the procedure and are important to ensure optimal healing and optimal results.

4-6 Week Touch Up

Your touch up needs to be done no earlier than 4 weeks and no later than 6 weeks, after the initial procedure. Should  your touch up not be done, within the allocated time frame, it may affect the results and the longevity of your microbladed brows and additional touch ups may be required. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly. 


FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
After your initial procedure and 4-6 week touch up, it is advised to do regular touch ups between 8-12 months or when you feel that you need a touch up.

Please note: if the previous microblading lines are no longer visible, the pigment has faded significantly or there is no pigment left, you will need to redo the initial procedure and touch up again. To avoid having to start from scratch, it is best to do more frequent touch ups. If you are unsure please send me clear pictures of your brows and I can advise accordingly.

ALLERGY TEST

An allergy patch test is an option offered to all new clients, the allergy patch test needs to be done at least 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if you wish to not have this done, you can sign a waiver for the allergy test and therefore release Features (Nakita) from any and all liability, if you develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or any of the products used. Should you wish to have an allergy test done prior to your scheduled appointment, you can make a booking online for a brow consultation.
